Step:

  1. Mix Ingredients A in a mixer till it become a paste form.

  2. Add egg and vanilla essence and mix well.

  3. Mix and sift Ingredients B

  4. Fold in Ingredients B into
    the above mixture(do not over mix),
    then mix in Chocolate Buttons till no visible flour

  5. Chill the dough for at least 30 min.

  6. Preheat oven 180C,
    baked for 12-15 min or
    till the edge of the cookie turn darker

  3. 75 g raw granulated sugar
  4. 60 g brown sugar
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 100 g melted unsalt butter
  7. Ingredients B
  8. 160 g all-purpose flour
  9. 0.5 tsp baking soda
  10. Other ingredients
  11. 1 egg
  12. 1-2 tsp vanilla essence
  13. 60 g semisweet chocolate buttons
