Step:

  1. Boil potato till its easy to mash

  2. Add spices and yoghurt butter

  3. Beat the egg half of it mix it with mash potato the other half leave it

  4. In pan spread some butter sprinkle the bread crumbs spoon the mash potato spread it all then add the half beating egg on top cook in oven for 10 minutes

  1. 1 large potato
  2. 1 tablespoon yoghurt
  3. 1/8 salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  5. 1 tablespoon butter
  6. 1 egg
  7. 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
