Step:

  1. Take a bowl. Add oil and sugar and beat until colour change.

  2. Add eggs gradually and beat until foamy.

  3. Add plain flour (maida), almond extract and baking powder. Mix gently.

  4. Add walnut and almonds.mix it well, pour into a cake mold and bake for 35 to 40 minutes on 180c. (or until done)

  5. Leave it for 5 minutes then cut and level the cake. Apply honey, walnut, almonds and crushed sugar puffs on top.

  6. Walnut almond cake is ready to serve.

  3. 250 grm, icing sugar
  4. 250 grm, oil
  5. 80 grm, walnut (crushed)
  6. 80 grm, almonds (crushed)
  7. 2 tesp, baking powder
  8. 1/2 tesp, almond extract
  9. For toping
  10. Almonds
  11. Walnut
  12. Honey
  13. Sugar puff
