Step:
Soak chanadal for 2 hours. Pressure cook with little water for 4 whistles.
Grind onion, green chillies ginger in mixer jar. In kadhai add, heat ghee,add cinnamon and cloves. Add onion paste. Saute till ghee separate.
Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, aamchur powder and salt.
Add 1/2 cup water to make little gravy. Add boiled chanadal. Mix well and simmer for few minutes.
For making crisp puris..(make while chanadal is being soaked). In mixing bowl add maida,wheat flour and rava. Add ghee, salt, pepper and curds. Mix well.
Add little water to make tight dough. Keep covered for 1/2 hour. Knead again make 9- 10 balls. Roll each into 4" round puris. Prick with fork and cut diagonally..as shown.
Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till crispy pinkish.
To Assemble: Put 3-4 tbsp Dal pakvan in shots glass, squeeze little lemon juice on it, garnish with chopped tomato, coriander leaves and insert 3 -4 crisp puris.
