Watermelon candy

First of all, chop watermelon roughly adding enough water. Remove seeds n grind them. Add black salt

Add cumin powder, salt n pepper n chat masala

Add lemon juice n rose syrup. Mix everything well.

Now chop some watermelon pieces finely. Place them at the bottom in kulfi mould. Pour the mixture each kulfi mould n set them in freezer for atleast half an hour.

Relish this sweet n tangy kulfi.
