Making Dough_ add flour, ghee and salt. Mix well and knead a soft dough using little water at a time. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 mins. In a dish mix sugar and cinnamon powder for rolling kachoris after frying, keep it aside.
Making stuffing_ take a pan add 1 tbsp ghee and roast the chopped dry fruits (cashew, almonds and raisins) and roast them until raisins start to get fluffy. Take out in a bowl. Roast the maawa in same pan for 4-5 mins and let it cool completely. Now take a mixing bowl mix mawa, dry fruits, sugar powder, cardamom powder and Choco chunks.
Making Chocolate syrup_ take chocolate in bowl add butter and microwaved or one min and mix well.
Now take the dough and make equal 6 portions. Roll into puri shape, put the spoonful filling in center and water on all sides and close it well from all the sides. Make all kachoris like this and keep aside.
Take a heavy bottom pan add ghee for deep frying, once heated add kachoris and fry them from all sides till golden brown on slow to medium flame. Keep them on kitchen towel so that excess ghee can absorbed. Roll the kachoris in cinnamon sugar mixture. Now make a hole in center of each kachori and pour the ready chocolate syrup inside out and garnish with almond silvers. Here you go serve these delightful chocolate kachoris to your loved ones.
