Step:

  1. Melt butter in saucepan; add celery. Sauce until tender.

  2. Stir in flour, instant boullion and seasonings until smooth. Remove from heat; gradually stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.

  3. Garnish with chopped celery leaves, if desired.

  2. 2 1/2 cup chopped celery
  3. 2 tbs flour
  4. 2 tsp instant chicken boullion
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  7. 1/8 tsp pepper
  8. 4 cup 2% milk
