Winter Melon Pork

Marinate pork with soy sauce, flour, black pepper

Wash melon properly. Cut into cubes leaving the skin.

Heat wok saute garlic and ginger slices then add pork cook until pork turns into golden brown. Add in melon pour a little water and oyster sauce. Cover and simmer until it done
