  2. Place the strawberries in a bowl. Sprinkle the strawberries with caster sugar and balsamic vinegar, toss gently to coat

  4. Just before serving, gently toss the strawberries again. Grind pepper (optional) and drizzle some sweetened balsamic vinegar over strawberries, enjoy
