Step:
Wash dried soya chunks and soak in water for 30 minutes.After 30 minutes, it becomes soft. Squeeze out the chunks to remove excess water. Blend into a chunks pieces using a mixer grinder. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds, asafoetida and alow to crackle it to add onions, ginger and green chillies and saute until the onions turn golden in colour.
Add in the red bell pepper and sauté for 2 minutes on the medium flame add tomatoes, and cook until the tomatoes soften.
Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and dry mango powder and and mix well.sautè 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
Add soyabean and mix gently. Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Add garam masala powder and mix gently and making sure everything is combined well and sauté few for seconds.
Soyabean is ready for serve. Serve with hot chapati or paratha.

1 cup soyabean chunk
1 large chopped onions
1 large chopped tomatoes
1/2 red bell pepper finely chopped
1 Green chilli finely chooped
1/2 tbsp ginger finely chopped
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
As per taste salt
1/2 tsp Dry mango powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
