Step:
Heat a non-stick pan,add milk,sugar and oil and let the milk boil once.
Take a bowl add custard powder and little bit milk,make a smooth paste without lumps.
Now add custard mixture and mix well,keep the flame low,now add rice flour gradually and stir continuously to avoid the lumpsy texture.
Cook the custard rice flour mixture until the mixture looks like a dough and add crushed cardamom,mix nicely.
When the mixture is totally cooked then trsnsfer the mixture dough in a plate and allow it to cool down.
Now knead the dough till it becomes smooth and take a lemon sized ball from dough,make balls and press it little bit with palm and press in between with finger,prepare all the Chaaps with the same process.
Now take 1 glass of water in a open vessel and put any plate or bowl with holes over it and steam the Chaap for 10 minutes on medium flame.
After cool down,Garnish with tutti frutti and dryfruits,Rice Flour Malai Chaap is ready to serve.
