Dalgona whipped coffee

Combine coffee and sugar. Heat up water and then add to the coffee and sugar. Stir to mix it.

With a whisk or a stand mixer with the whisk attachment mix the coffee on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. You will know when as the coffee turns from dark to a light color.

Add your favorite milk/creamer to a glass with ice. After spoon the whipped coffee carefully. And that's it. Seriously this coffee gives me life.
