Step:
Take brinjals and cut into two halves- scoop out the centre part.
Special masala: It is made by mixing paprika powder, cinnamon powder, zeera & coriander crushed.
Rub some masala over brinjals and then brush olive oil on it. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes till tender.
In the meantime prepare filling by putting oil and when hot saute onions & garlic. Then add chicken mince and further stir fry till colour changes.
Next add in left over masala, salt, black pepper, crushed red chillies. Mix it well and cook it till tender & completely dry.
Remove from stove add in tomatoes, boiled rice, green chillies, coriander & mint leaves.
Mix it very well and fill into brinjals. Top with tahini sauce.
