Step:

  1. Each bean curd cut into 4pcs. Then deep fried till the surface looks dried.

  2. Hot wok with 3tbsp butter deep fried salted eggs yolk and added salt & sugar

  3. Once the salted eggs yolk occured with bubbles then add in curry leaf & chilies and lastly add in bean curd Stir-fried... then ready to be served.
