Step:

  1. Boil a pot of water about 40C, put the chicken in and cover till water boiling, then off the fire let it soak abt 20 minutes.

  2. Soak into the ice-water inorder for the chicken skin feeling hard and tasty.

  3. Chicken serve with Sesame oil & soy sauce
