Step:

  1. First roast chopped pistachios on tava on slow flame. Cool completely.

  2. Melt chopped pista chocolate compound by double bath process. Stir continuously after removing from the gas stove. Add chopped roasted pista and mix well.

  3. Pour in silicone chocolate mould very gently tap to remove air bubbles and keep it in the fridge for 10-15 mins. or until sets well. Unmould and serve YUMMY Pista chocolate in a plate.
