Ingredients
Preheat oven to 180C degree. Grease the baking pan and keep aside. Crack eggs in a bowl and beat them. Then add icing sugar, and keep beating until pale. Next, add butter and vanilla extract and beat till incorporated.
Sieve the flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and place it in the oven. Bake it for 30 minutes.
Then remove the cake from the oven, allow to cool. Remove it from the pan and cut it into slices or pieces.
Now, arrange them on the baking tray and bake slices for 15 minutes. Finally, flip the slices and bake again for 15 minutes. Befarmaeed=Voila, our Rusk cake is ready
