Step:
Firstly wash pointed guard throughly with water and pat it dry with kitchen towel. Meanwhile Heat tawa on the gas stove. Now cut the edges of the pointed guard and Mark slits upon it. Place it to the tawa and cover it and simply roast it flipping each sides occasionally. Turn the flame to low.
After 6-7 min open it and flip it's sides. Cover it again and cook until parwal is black and completely cooked from inside.Remove from the tawa and cool it completely.
Now when it is completely cool. Remove the seeds of the pointed guard and keep aside.Meanwhile take a grinding jar add chilli, garlic, salt and deseed parwal. Donot grind it. Just give 1-2 pulse.
Don't add any water. Transfer to the vessel carring earlier removed seeds. Add musturd oil. Combine them very well so that musturd oil flavors are very well absorbed.
Finally enjoy your simple yet flavorful parwal chokha with roti and steamed rice.
