  1. Pat dry the chicken.

  2. Coat the chicken with oil thoroughly.

  3. Mix all ingredients and coat the chicken inside and out

  4. Cook LOW in slow cooker for 5-6 hours or HIGH 2-3 hours.

  1. 500 gr chicken
  2. 2 tbsp oil (I used fermented garlic & candlenut oil)
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  5. 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  6. 1 tsp Italian seasoning
