Step:
First, if you don't have buttermilk, add vinegar to milk and keep aside. If no vinegar then you can add equal amount of lemon juice to lukewarm milk.
Now take both flours in a big bowl, add salt, sugar and mix.
Now add butter and rub with your hands.
Now make a well in the center og the flour and add 1.5 cup buttermilk/ milk vinegar, mix first and mix with hands. Do not knead just mix it.
Now add another 1/2 cup buttermilk/ milk vinegar mix and mix till everything comes together. Rub some flour on a flat surface/ big plate and shape the dough round.
Now I baked on gas, so take a big deep kadhai, spread some salt at the bottom, put a stand and cover it and let it preheat on medium flame for 7-10 minutes.
Now dust a plate with flour and keep the bread dough on it. Make 2-3 cuts on the bread or make a cross in the center. Give it a buttermilk wash.
Keep in the preheated gas oven and cover. Let it bake on medium high flame for first 10 minutes, then for 40-45 minutes on low and then again on medium high flame for another 5 minutes.
Do not open it repeatedly to check. Just check once or twice after 40-45 minutes if it's done. Do check it with a toothpick.
Your Bread is ready. Do let it cool before cutting.
