Red velvet cake with powdered sugar on top

Make red velvet cake using the instructions on the box put half in the pan unless you want it bigger but if you want to make it look like the picture only fill it halfway.

Let cool for about an hour or until it cool

Take out a pan and sift powdered sugar until you have them out you want on top of it or inside or both
