Simple Lobster Cheese

Defrost lobster and cut into small poeces. -Peel arlic and cut into small dices. -Melt 1 spoon of butter. -Quick stirfry garlic and lobster with butter 2-3 mins

Heat the shell and head in the airfryer 200c for 3 mins -Put fried lobster on the shell and cover with mortzarella cheese then put inside the airfryer with the head 200c/5mins -Serve with gravy, cream cheese or simply use ketchup.
