Step:

  1. Saut in cooking oil the garlic and onions.

  2. Add the pork mince. Season with 2 pinches of salt and sprinkle pepper to taste. Saut until colour changes. Add few drops of Knorr.

  3. Add the blanched (already half cooked) beans. Add the butter. Continue stir fying.

  4. Add the moringa leaves and the chilli garlic oil or sauce. Adjust according to how hot u want it. Mix and saute in well until beans are cooked. Serve and enjoy.


Ingredients

  1. 1/8-1/4 Kilo Pork Mince
  2. 1 handful Beans, ends removed, bite-size cut
  3. 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  4. 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  5. 1-2 tsp chilli garlic oil or sauce
  6. 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  7. 1 tsp butter
  8. 1 handful moringa leaves (optional) or substitute spinach
  9. 1 dash Knorr or Maggi seasoning or any soy seasoning
  10. to taste Salt
  11. to taste Pepper
