Muskmelon Seeds Sharbat

Cut the muskmelon and take seeds part into a blender jar. Usually we either wash and dry the seeds or we throw this part of melon.

Add sugar, salt and lemon juice to it.

Blend well, first on slow speed and then on high. Add one cup of water and blend it again for few mins. Strain the sharbat and serve chilled with ice cubes.
