Step:
So first were going to make the caramel put 40g of sugar into saucepan along with the water
Itll slowly become yellow - golden brown immediately turn of the heat
Do this real quick pour it into your custard moulds evenly and swirl it to cover the base of your mould, btw you can use anything as moulds as long as its flat
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk it
Whisk until pale, into a saucepan your milk, sugar (45g)
Heavy cream and that dash of vanilla stir well until you see smoke, turn off the heat
(Heat your oven to 150c), whisk while incorporating your milk mixture with your eggs, after combine, sieve the mixture and fill your moulds evenly
Your moulds should be placed in a tray, add boiling water into the tray and place it into your 150c oven for 30-40 minutes depending on how big your moulds are, the bigger the longer, after baked take it out and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours
Run the knife along your moulds and serve I hope you enjoy ! Try it when you can
