Step:
Roast Semolina, slightly. It should not colour change. Cool down. Take a grinder grind it in finely powdered. Take a kneading plate take out the flour from the grinder.
Add salt, oil, water. Knead it.
Add water and knead properly. Knead soft smooth dough. Cover it and give rest of 30 min.
After 30 min. If dough becomes hard. Sprinkle water and knead it again. Cover it for 10 more min. After that put oil and knead it again. Make small lemon size balls.
Make 2 Puris. Spread oil, sprinkle any dry flour(I sprinkle wheat flour). Stick both the Puris from greased sides.
Sprinkle dry flour on surface. Roll thin big roti.
Heat up the griddle/tava. Place the roti on it. Cook it from both sides.
Take it on Kitchen towel. Separate both the rotis. Rotis r super soft and just like handkerchief. Apply ghee and serve with any spicy gravy. I served with dal tadka. Enjoy
