  1. Light oven to 350.

  2. Take stems out of mushrooms. Make the hole a little bigger..

  3. Mix all your ingredients together and fill the mushroom...

  4. Put on cookie sheet and place in oven and bake 45/50 minutes.. serve warm

  1. 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
  2. 2/3 cup chopped onions
  3. to taste Salt and pepper
  4. 8 oz pack cream cheese softened
  5. 2 tblsps soy sauce
  6. 1/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice
