Nopal cactus salad with boiled egg..and whole wheat bread

This is the nopal cactus

Dice your cactus. steam them..add a little lemon juice or vinegar. Add your carrots..set aside

Boil your egg....

In a pan, add a little oil, the steamed Veges, salt, and your boiled egg diced...let it cook for a few seconds

I served mine with bread and some coffee
