Step:

  1. Sauce: mix the BBQ, honey, and siracha (you can add as much sauce as you wish)

  2. Cook the chicken as you please (I prefer vegetable oil/ butter with salt and pepper) or fried could also work

  3. Add mushrooms and corn and stir

  4. Add sauce and mix till the chicken is well coated

  5. Add mozarella cheese at the end and mix till the ingredients and well mixed and the cheese melts

  6. Serve in a sandwich

Ingredients

  1. 1 Chicken breast
  2. 1/3 cup sweet corn
  3. 1/3 cup sliced canned mushrooms
  4. 1/2 cup shredded mozarella
  5. 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  6. 1 tbsp honey
  7. Siracha if you like spice
