Steam French Beans

Wash and cut French beans. Steam it and set aside when it's almost cook,but not overcook. Then arrange in a plate.

Meanwhile, cut ginger and garlic in a small pieces. Then heat wook and saute. Add oyster sauce diluted in water and a little flour. Let it thicken and pour on top of the beans.
