Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut potatoes into small cubes. No larger than 1/2 inch.

  2. Coat potatoes in olive oil.

  3. Combine remaining ingredients and add to potatoes mixture. Mix well.

  4. Bake for approximately 40 minutes in a 9x9 baking dish. Potatoes should be fork tender when ready.

  2. 1 Pouch Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  3. 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  4. 1 Tsp Paprika
  5. 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  6. 2 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
  7. 1 Tsp Onion Powder
