Step:

  1. In a bowl mix patties ingredients and keep it aside

  2. Samosa dough knead tight dough,rest in for 30mins

  3. Dust some flour on the surface with roll pin given oval shape then with cutter cut rectangle shape then cut the rectangle shape in to 2 parts.put it in + shape,now put the pattie in the middle, then kneat it like basket pattern,then apply flour paste

  4. Heat oil,fry on medium flame.Ready to serve with chutney or ketchup

  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1 tsp Red chill crushed
  6. 1 tsp Coriander seeds crushed
  7. 1 tsp phodina powder
  8. 1 tsp lemon juice
  9. 1 tsp green chill crushed
  10. 1/2 tsp jeera
  11. 1/2 tsp chat Masala
  12. Pinch turmeric
  13. leaves Coriander
  14. Samosa dough
  15. 2 cup sieved maida
  16. 2 tbsp ghee
  17. 1 tsp salt
  18. 1/2 tsp jeera
  19. Water as required
