Step:

  1. The main ingredient in these delicious Pakodi is the Onion. As Onions have a tendency of leaving the water, it is important not to add much water. If it's not added, then well and good. Just mix everything well before you add water. In this way, you will have an exact understanding of how much of it is needed actually if there is any need.

  2. Heat Oil on a low heat. One more important thing to remember is to fry these on a low to medium high heat only. Do not drop like balls for this. Just scatter the batter all around in the Kadai and be careful while doing so. Keep the heat on a low and keep an eye on it. Otherwise the Onions might get burnt and the taste will be awful.

  3. Keep changing the sides at regular intervals. Serve them piping hot with any Chutney of your choice or just as it is. They taste yum on their own. Sprinkle a little Chat Masala before serving. Enjoy!
