Step:
First step is kneading dough. Add flour, salt and oil in a bowl and knead it with fresh water to make a slightly hard dough.
Cover the dough with wet cloth for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes knead it again and leave it for 10 minutes again.
Now make small balls of this dough and flatten then all. Now take one dough ball and flatten it, spread some oil with brush and dust some flour.
Make all dough balls like this and set one at one by oiling and dusting flour. When all done make a large flatten bread by rolling it.
Heat up a large flat pan (Tawa)and place the flatten bread on the Tawa. Cook from both side for 20 seconds.
Separate the sheets one by one. (I made 12 dough balls and a tip here, I am using measuring scale to measure the dough balls in equal size).
Let it cool then wrap it in plastic wrap for storage. Keep in dry and cool place. Cut in triangles for Samosas and for rolls cut the sides or rounds to make square roll sheet.
