Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings

Dry brine chicken wings with salt and pepper

Mix the flour, cornstarch, breading mix, egg, and chicken wings in a bowl

Double fry the breaded chicken wings

Let rest while making the sauce

In butter/margarine, sautee the garlic and chillies

Add the soy sauce, hot sauce, catsup, vinegar, and sugar

Let simmer in low heat

Add the chicken wings and coat with the sauce

Serve
