Step:

  1. Take chicken out of package and put it in a ziplock bag with the all the other ingredients and mix in the bag.

  2. Put chicken bag in the fridge to marinate at least 6 hours.

  3. Cook on pan or grill pan at mid-heat at 3 minutes a side. If its still not at least 155, but it in the oven at 400 for around 8 - 10 minutes.

  3. 2 TBSP Dijon
  4. 3 TBSP wochestershire
  5. 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
  6. 1 TBSP Soy Sauce
  7. 1 TSP black peper
  8. 1 TSP garlic powder
  9. 1 TSP Onion powder
  10. 1 TSP Cilantro
  11. 1 TSP Cumin
