Step:

  1. Whisk yougart lightly add green chutney salt and chat masala.

  2. Now add phulki,potatoes,onion,tomatoes and green chilliesand mix.

  3. Decorate by adding some tamarind sauce and green chutney

Ingredients

  1. 750 gm fresh Yougart
  2. 2 cup phulkiyan(soak for 20
  3. minutes)
  4. 2 medium potatoes boiled peeled cut in small cubes
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1 tsp chaat masala
  7. 1 tabsp green chutney
  8. 1 medium onion
  9. 2 medium tomatoes
  10. 2 green chillies(optional)
