Step:

  1. Beat an egg and sugar till it thick and soft peak (i used hand wisk)

  2. Add oil and milk, mix it well

  3. Add flour and baking soda mix till it become batter

  4. Heat the pan with little oil and wipe with tissue (cooking spray will work as well)

  5. I use ladle to make pancake form. 1 full of ladle for each pancake. And from this ingredients i make 8 fluffy pancake.

  1. 1 egg (room temperature)
  2. 3/4 glass milk
  3. Baking soda
  4. 4 full spoon of flour
  5. 1 full spoon of sugar
  6. 1 spoon vegetable oil
