Step:

  1. Cut steak into tin strips and dust with flour and pepper.

  2. Brown meat in butter. Add chopped onion and garlic until brown.

  3. Stir in beef broth.

  4. Cover and cook 1 hour.

  5. Gradually add in sour cream and heat for a few minutes

  6. Serve over noodles.

  8. 1 c Sour Cream
