Step:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl using a spoon or whisk.

  2. Pour into lined muffin pan. Should get 20-21 pies from this recipe.

  3. Bake in preheated 350 degree F. oven for 17 min. When done, the pies will be slightly wobbly in center.

  4. Remove from overnight and allow to cool, then refrigerate overnight if possible.

  1. 2 C. milk
  2. 1 C flaked coconut
  3. 4 Eggs
  4. 1 t. vanilla
  5. 1/2 C. all purpose flour
  6. 5 T. melted butter
  7. 3/4 C. sugar or sugar substitute
