Step:

  1. Wash and peel your beet roots, paineapple and ginger.

  2. Blend beetroot and ginger with little sugar till smooth then seive and set aside.

  3. Blend paineapple seive and set aside.

  4. Put ice cubes in a cube, pour in beetroot juice half way then add the paineapple juice to full the cup.
