Combine honey and butter (to become honey butter)

In a bread, spread the honey butter. Then put the mayonnaise around the edges. This to hold the egg and will not spill

Put the egg in the middle. Add pancetta and parmigiana cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Broil. When cooked, add more cheese as desired.
