Step:

  1. Firstly take all desired amount of dry fruits no specific quantities & deseed the dates

  2. Dates, raisins, almonds,cashew nuts, walnuts, fox nuts

  3. Cardamom powder freshly prepared

  4. Then one by one fry dry fruits in less ghee turn it only to light brown everything stirr it just one minute and similarly fry all of them

  5. Let it cool down for 20 minutes then grind all of them dont make it paste keep slightly rough powder like consistency

  6. Then mix sugar in that and add saffron, cardamom powder mix everything well

  7. And its ready store in airtight container make sure no water should be dropped like in box u store or spoon etc everything must be dry u can store this for many months for sure

  8. Divide it for regular use & storage separately.

  9. Tip of the day: do not take more ghee to fry otherwise it will not be easy to make powder while grinding.


Ingredients

  1. 4-5 tablespoons Ghee for frying
  2. All dry fruits & Makhana (fox nuts)
  3. 2 tablespoons Cardamom powder
  4. Strands saffron 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Granulated sugar or misri (rock sugar) u can crush & grind that
