Step:

  1. Soak overnight, next day peel of the almonds and boil the almonds in water with cardamom, saffron strands and pour in the ice cubes tray and keep in the freezer overnight.

  2. Next day remove cubes.

  3. Take 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water and cook for about 5 minutes and keep aside.

  4. Take a mixer jar add 4 almonds cubes add milk and water ice cubes, 4 tsp sugar syrup and blend it for few seconds and ready to serve,cool and garnish some chopped almonds this is very healthy and special.

  4. For Sugar syrup-
  5. 1 cup sugar
  6. 1 cup water
  7. 1 cup milk
