Banana with poppy seeds & coconut flakes cake

Mashed banana, poppy seeds, coconut flakes

Mix Orange zest, eggs & sugar with mixer in high speed for about 2 minutes

Add oil mix again and then add milk until it blended well

Add mashed banana,poppy seeds,coconut flakes. Mix with medium speed

Add flour and baking soda with lowest speed until batter ready

Put batter in the baking pan. Pre-heat oven 180°C for about 40-45 minutes
