Scottish Short bread

Transfer the butter and sugar into a clean bowl,mix until fluffy

Add 2 cups of flour and mix,add the remaining flour and mix until well combine, transfer on a working surface,knead to form a dough

Flatten with rolling pin cut the edges and make a rectangular shape

Arrange on a grease baking tray and prick with a fork

Bake for 25 minute,until cookies are lightly brown on low heat,enjoy with tea or juice of choice
