  8. Thumb size piece of ginger
  9. 2 large cloves garlic
  10. Veggie orzo
  11. 1 cup orzo
  12. 1 white onion in slices
  13. 1 red onion in slices
  14. 1 orange pepper
  15. 1 large tomato chopped
  16. 3 stems of tender stem broccoli
  17. Big glug Olive oil
  18. Salt and pepper
  19. Sprinkle of mixed seeds
