Step:
Dry roast the grated Coconut on a low heat until completely dry and done. You can use dry dessicated coconut powder too but the taste will differ a lot. Now add Milkmaid and Butter or Ghee. Mix well and as soon as you add Butter, the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan. Take it off the heat now. No need to add nuts because it is good on it's own.
Now comes the interesting part of mixing the food colours. Divide the mix into two parts. One a little more than the other one. 3/4 and 1/4 in exact measures. Add Red food colour to the bigger part and the green colour to the smaller part. Make a semi circular pattern now with green colour on top followed by the red colour below. Cut in triangles. Arrange this plate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or so.
Serve this colourful extraordinarily eye catching dessert to your loved ones and friends alike. Easy and absolutely mesmerizing. The Coconut used in this gives this dessert a very good flavour and texture. Few ingredients and you are almost done. Chocolate sprinklers are used as the Watermelon seeds here. So in all, a pleasant surprise for all those special people in your lives. So get going people. Happy Dessert Time Folks!
