Step:

  1. Bring milk to a rolling boil on a high heat at first and then simmer on a low heat. Add Custard powder mixed with little water to it. Also add Milkmaid. Allow it to cook on a medium high heat stirring continuously until a desired thickness is attained.

  2. Stir in soaked Almond paste and mix well. Garnish with chopped Almonds and chill. Serve this Pudding super chilled just as it is or with favourite Ice cream of your choice. Enjoy!

  3. As needed Almond paste (25 of them soaked)
  4. 1 cup Milkmaid
  5. 10 Almonds chopped
