Step:

  1. Rinse lettuce leaves and pat dry

  2. Heat large skillet on medium-high. Cook and stir ground meet and cooking oil in hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5-7 minutes. Drain and discard grease; transfer meat to bowl.

  3. Cook mushrooms and add meat. Stir in garlic, ginger and all sauces.

  5. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  6. 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  7. 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  8. 2 teaspoons ginger
  9. 1 dash chilli pepper flakes
  10. 2 teaspoons sesame oil
